    • In this you will be doing Work from Home for India Customer service. The associate/joiners are expected to work from a home location approved by us for all the working hours. It is the responsibility of the associates to have a good setup of internet connectivity and work-like is maintained in environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of production power and quality.  
    • You will be given a six weeks of mandated online training, either trainer-led or group-based, which will allow you to meet your new team virtually and learn together on how to offer the best customer service experience for the requirement.
    • Needs to oriented, self-disciplined and organised
    • Needs to have a time management skills and ability to prioritise work time to ensure productivity and department standards
    • Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers as per needs.
    • Must have a good communications skills and the ability to clearly understand and make the customer issues solving easy as per the needs.
    • Must have a nice composition skills and the ability to show the grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses without any issues.
    • It’s a must to use a desktop or Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
    • Must be self-driven, motivated and task driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.
    • Must ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to ensure maximum productivity


    • Needs to show skills with a diverse customer base
    • Needs to have a conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
    • It’s a must to have a ownership to resolve challenging customer issues as per the need of the hour.
    • Great Timings to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • Needs to regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as needed.
    • Must be shift friendly with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends
    • Must know to have a quickly and effectively importance to work time in various departments to meet business need as required.
