- The HR Ops admin is responsible for driving key people processes for external fulfillments, identify insights and draft solutions through people metrics and analytics .
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA–
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- The person should have a detailed understanding of a business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue, and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems.
- Command over compliance aspects, English and Excel knowledge
