JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • In terms of their aligned product or architecture, the CSS is a practical specialist. This position is in charge of carrying out targeted engagements that are meant to raise brand recognition, disseminate best practises across the industry, and promote overall product consumption and enterprise value.
  • The CSS collaborates with their peers to share best practises and customer success stories while also bringing strategic vision and tactical experience to every customer engagement. They also take an active role in the worldwide CSS Community.
  • The CSS is able to successfully combine in-depth technical expertise with a clear understanding of business requirements to deliver advisory solutions that are essential for assisting clients in realising value more quickly.


IMPORTANT POINTS:-
  • In a technical field, such as networking, computer science, information technology, electrical/computer engineering, or a related field, you should have recently graduated or be in your final year of studies for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • A mastery of English (verbal and written).
  • Needs to handle technical issues and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The capacity to work autonomously, self-start, and multitask in a fast-paced team context
  • A cross-functional team that proactively learns customer demands and coordinates architectural and vertical expertise to drive alignment on decisions that increase customer value
  • Understanding of customer use cases for Cisco technology solutions and how to best implement Cisco solutions in a customer’s environment to speed up value creation for the customer
