JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Works with the quality management and compliance team members to conduct data gathering to monitor compliance with mandatory learning policy.
- Oversees data quality and integrity by ensuring system output is monitored, interfaces and systems are validated and systems security is administered appropriately.
- Assesses compliance by supporting learning reviews of mandatory learning policy and overall execution of deployment.
- Supports processes around reporting requirements, including mandatory learning compliance, tracking and reporting, general curriculum metrics, and leadership dashboards.
- Participates in the development and distribution of standard leadership reports and dashboards as needed.
- Contributes to creation of additional reports as needed to support Audit & Assurance Learning strategic priorities.
- Troubleshoots issues that impact the quality and integrity of data being fed into the reporting dashboards.
- Partners with other learning and business units to develop and monitor systems to ensure global learning requirements are met.
- Ad-hoc GAAL projects.
- Supports ad-hoc projects associated with quality management and compliance activities from planning through to execution.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- 1-2 years experience in data analysis, preferably in a Learning & Development or Audit & Assurance business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, and turning data into business insights.
- Working within a virtual team environment preferable.
- Experience of working with different cultures preferable.
- Compliance monitoring and reporting experience desirable.
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities; ability to prepare, analyze and interpret large amounts of data.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and Proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications.
- Tableau & Power BI skills to handle, manipulate, analyze, summarize, and report data.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands: prioritizing workload, managing projects and multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in an agile manner within a virtual environment and keeping oneself accountable to execute and deliver high quality output.
