JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Application development based on technical specs, process documentation.
- Support design, build and test SAP application.
- Flexibility: Should be flexible to work in any technology/work-shift/domain and work from any development center.
- Partner premise/customer location as per business needs.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- Full time Graduate or Postgraduates from recognized universities in disciplines of any engineering branch.
- Good programming knowledge in any 1 language at least, preferably object oriented programming.
- No prior experience required.
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Flexible to travel and willing to relocate if necessary.
- Analytical in nature and should be able to grasp new concepts very quickly.
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Raise clarifications / issues / concerns regarding work output to the lead on time.
- seek review from peer / Senior Developer periodically.
- rework on the code based on code review / defects raised in unit testing or any other relevant testing phases.
- participate in code peer review as required.
- Highlight any potential risks to the Leads and seek inputs to resolve issues identified.
- support integration of components as required.
- Update traceability matrix for the work package developed.
- provide support on process audit activities.
- Adhere to process and tools.
