JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Process eInvoices, Non-Purchase Orders (FI), and Purchase Orders in accordance with the defined procedure.
- Production planning on a daily basis and allocating the inflow volume to appropriate team members. Paying vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment issues.
- Receive expenditure reports for advances and receipts, process employee travel and expense reports, and have a strong understanding of Excel reports like pivot tables, calculations, formatting, and data cleansing.
- Making of questions like wrong posting, inversion, and adjustments
- Support colleagues in handling adjustments by explaining their questions and disarrays
- Guarantee SOP’s are assessed much of the time and the most recent updates are integrated post-client off.
- Keep up with 100 percent exactness of receipt handling and month to month reports
- Report charges while handling area explicit solicitations according to the prerequisite
- Needs of Help desk tasks would be an additional benefit
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Graduate from any discipline of the university
- Qualifications/skills that are preferred include: a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or commerce; relevant work experience in accounts payable, preferably in the oil and gas industry; proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of SAP; proficiency in Reporting and Service Now; an understanding of the source-to-pay process; excellent time management and planning skills; and attention to detail.
