Accenture, an Irish-American professional services organization with over 300,000 employees in India, is actively recruiting individuals for over 16,000 positions nationwide.
A $3 billion investment plan for its Data & AI practice over three years was also recently unveiled by the corporation. This investment will assist clients across all industries progress and responsibly employ AI to achieve better growth, efficiency, and resilience.
“There is unprecedented interest in all areas of AI, and the substantial investment we are making in our Data & AI practice will help our clients move from interest to action to value, and to do so in a responsible way with clear business cases,” said Julie Sweet, chair and CEO, Accenture.
The business said that by the time it has hired, acquired, and trained additional employees, it will have 80,000 individuals working on AI. Accenture noted that the investment was intended to support businesses across 19 industries but did not specify when it would reach that number.
India is expected to play a significant role in the initiative. The corporation gave no further information regarding the investment in India. When it comes to its delivery center, the nation is one of the biggest.
With 738,000 employees servicing clients in more than 120 countries, Accenture is a talent and innovation-driven business. Additionally, Accenture opened brand-new offices in India’s Jaipur, Coimbatore, and Indore last year.
