JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigates problem areas.
- Follows the software development lifecycle.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarising development and service issues.
- Accomplishes engineering and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
- Full time office working model for 5 days a week
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- Software Engineer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and strong coding skills. Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
- Should be able to use the requirements to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / MCA
- 0-2 years in software development, services and consulting, support, and/or any related field.
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
