In TIME magazine’s ‘The World’s Best Companies of 2023’ list, Infosys is the only Indian company to reach the top 100, making it the industry leader and the only Indian IT company to be featured. As a result of an overall score of 88.38 and an associated ‘very high’ growth rate, Infosys ranked 64th.

750 companies from around the world were meticulously evaluated by TIME in collaboration with Statista. Among the factors considered in the magazine’s rankings are revenue growth, employee satisfaction surveys, and rigorous assessments regarding environmental, social, and corporate governance.
Infosys ranked 135th in sustainability, and 103rd in employee satisfaction.

In order to identify the world’s best-performing companies, TIME considered three essential aspects: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.
Over 150,000 employees in 58 countries were surveyed to assess employee satisfaction.
An analysis of three years’ worth of company data was conducted to determine revenue growth. It was necessary for companies to achieve a minimum revenue threshold of $100 million in 2022 and demonstrate positive growth between 2020 and 2022 in order to qualify for evaluation.
