JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Perform business process modelling, mapping and analysis to obtain capabilities/requirements that are foundational to process improvement/s
- Work with technical partners and business partners to find and manage business improvements through automation projects; establish designated advisor groups to gather, refine and review process initiatives.
- Test and analyse bots as needed; assess overall application tool performance [on a regular basis].
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to develop an automation practice that drives significant optimisation’s within the company, and specifically Supply Chain; this includes intake documentation, education, communications partnership (larger team), and governance.
- Work with platform owner/s to deliver bots per best contract pricing (with scale) and manage tenant (or similar) use within applications.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field 
- Experience with technical documentation, requirements/analyst work, feasibility testing, end-to-end automations, performance metrics
- Experience within computer science, data science, software development or related
- Experience with Agile methodology, especially around user stories, product development
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written
