Position: HR Intern
Salary: Up to 40K Per Month*

Experience: 0 – 1 Years(Freshers)
Location: WFH, India.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Collaborate with all stakeholders through strong candidate/employee/alumni orientation.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience
- Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process.
- Managing virtual interview drives & events.
- Creating job-posts; assisting with screening of resumes and applications; communicating effective feedback to the candidates
- Preparation of reports and dashboards, updating data as and when needed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- 0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.
- Graduate/Post-Graduation required.
- Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high growth/large-scale organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- You’ll work on recruitment specific data and prepare reports / dashboards based on the different metrics that is defined for TA.
- As HR Intern- Talent Acquisition COE, you’ll work closely with the TA team and will help in maintaining the talent acquisition data sanctity in the ATS tool.
