JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- System knowledge, process understanding.
- Machining, turning, steel spinning, production of any engineering or steel products.
- Process knowledge, man management.
- Experience in injection moulding industry of household items, automobile industry.
- Steel products processes & systems, SQC techniques, seven QC tools, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Hands on experience on lathe, surface grinding, milling machines. Tool & die making & maintenance knowledge, machining processes.
- Machine & electrical system installations, electrical and mechanical trouble shooting, preventive & predictive maintenance of mechanical presses, injection moulding machines & utility equipment. Expertise in PLC programming and machine data setting, MS-Office.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- 12th/ITI/Diploma/B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech
- Experience: 0 – 4 Years (18/19/20/21/2022)
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Experience of electrical and mech maintenance in light engineering industry/ Metal & fabrication/ Press shop/ Injection moulding.
- Experience in light engineering industry/ Fabrication & metal processing industry.
- Vendor development, material procurement, pricing, knowledge about stainless steel, packing materials, BOP parts pricing, price negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing finished foods stock and system knowledge.
- Maintaining FG stocks, managing the loading team, keeping records.
