JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Coordinator who will interact with candidates and interviewers as required to ensure timely hiring operations and onboarding of fresher hires at Mindtree.
- This could include calling talent, scheduling interview panelists, organizing connect sessions w ith talent and Mindtree and more.
- This work is fundamental to the success in hiring and onboarding talent.
- You will also get ample exposure into all fresher hires (Engineering, Under Graduates, MBA) across the areas of sourcing channels, screenin g and assessment processes, candidate engagement, offer and onboarding processes, including systems and tools.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS–
- Graduate in any discipline.

- Must have Excellent Communication skills, excellent presentation skills, excellent soft-skills
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Raise clarifications / issues / concerns regarding work output to the lead on time.
- seek review from peer / Senior Developer periodically.
- rework on the code based on code review / defects raised in unit testing or any other relevant testing phases.
- participate in code peer review as required.
- Highlight any potential risks to the Leads and seek inputs to resolve issues identified.
- support integration of components as required.
- Update traceability matrix for the work package developed.
- provide support on process audit activities.
