JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Needs to grow your knowledge and skills required for the company as required.
- Needs to acquire the relevant working experience and understanding of the service or solution offered by the specific teams.
- Needs to provide general advice to the specific teams as needed.
- Learn to coordinate meetings, logistics, filing and properly keeping the records
- Learn to assist with the productions and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy
- Learn to Identify the errors or problems they will investigate and correct or escalate them for resolution
- Needs to have a support to clients in low complexity matters and maintain a log and/or list of all the queries
- Needs to works under the supervision of the seniors or professional colleagues.
