Location: Bangalore, India
- Answer customer calls and emails and attempt to promptly address their concerns, or contact the most pertinent PayPal department if necessary (90%)
- In order to increase the customer’s satisfaction and strengthen their relationship with PayPal, proactively recommend and inform them of the features and advantages of PayPal products. Deliver indicators like: phone handled time, client experience, proactive product offered and opportunities accepted (5%)
- Consistently provide feedback on tools, processes, and overall client satisfaction (5%)
- strong working familiarity with outside systems, PC-based internet, and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
- using strong grammar and punctuation in written (email) communication
- Ability to work autonomously while using case facts to make wise business decisions Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
- Time management and schedule adherence
- Knowledge of and aptitude for learning new software technologies
- ability to work hard while having fun.
