Experience: Freshers/Experienced
Location: Noida, India.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- The individual will be responsible for assisting Paytm’s Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.
- The individual will be working along with Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team to
- understand different product suites and their implementation.
- The individual will take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported by the merchants.
- The individual will take part in meetings/con-call with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process.
- The individual will support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within.
- An agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
- The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via different workflow tools.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:–
- Associates – Technical Integration
- The individual will be accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Paytm and Merchants
Preferred skill:
- Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and platform(Android, iOS,Hybrid Apps,Plugins)
- Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms.
- Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory
