JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Carries out actions that support TATA Starbucks’ culture and values in an honest, ethical, and knowledgeable manner.
- Continually scans the environment and customers for cues to anticipate customer and shop demands.
- Sets a good example for the shift team by remaining calm during times of high volume or odd events to keep the store operating to the required standard.
- When necessary, provides respectful and motivating coaching as well as positively rewarding successful performance to aid in the training of new partners
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA–
- Needs to maintains punctuality and regular, consistent attendance.
- Follow all recipe and presentation guidelines to consistently deliver high-quality beverages, whole beans, and food products to every consumer.
- Adheres to standards for sanitation, health, and safety for all items.
IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Contributes to a productive team environment by alerting the store manager to any changes or alarms in partner performance or morale.
- By giving partners on shift coaching and feedback that is explicit, precise, timely, and polite, one may foster a pleasant learning environment while ensuring operational excellence and enhancing partner performance.
- By acting with a “customer comes first mindset” and establishing a connection with the customer, delivers amazing customer service to all clients. identifies and addresses client needs.
- builds trusting relationships with the shift team by being aware of each person’s motivation, wants, and worries.
